Questions about financing a REPO Moved Mobile Home

I am running into a huge problem. I have a great property that I am selling that I can not find financing for. I have buyers that are qualified and have made an offer on my property and want to follow through on the purchase but I can not get the property financed. The reason is because it is a moved mobile home set up on it's 2nd property? It is a very nice property and we have done top notch! Does anyone know of where I can find more information about lending on a 2012 1568SqFt 3x2 Clayton Mobile Home that sits on 1.26 Acres just outside of the Austin, TX area. There is a large 2 bay workshop with concrete floors. I would greatly appreciate any help anyone can give me.
