If I may ask, What made you choose an investment in the Bay Area versus other states which seem to be the popular themes on this forum?

Currently I am hosting LIVE videos on Wed at 6p on Facebook and interview local Real Estate related businesses to give home owners people to "meet" that can help with their homes.

I would think reaching out to party planners, wedding planners, photographers, and maybe schools, churches, synagogues and youth groups might be a good place to start.

He was open about remodeling his back yard to hold wedding receptions, but the business would have been illegal due to zoning, so he befriended all of us so we wouldn't complain.
