How can I rent out my backyard/roof deck, city of Phila

I live in center city Philadelphia in the Fairmount/Art Museum area and I have a huge grass backyard that I am trying to figure out how to rent.  There is only alley access to it because it is a row home so nothing big like a boat or car for example could get to it.  I would appreciate any ideas or feedback as I've been trying to think for a while now how to rent it.   I also have an amazing roof deck that's the entire length of my home, with a great view of the city  that I am trying to figure out if I could somehow rent out.    But I'm not sure about liability if people would be walking through my home to get to the roof deck, using my bathroom, drinking alcohol, etc.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
