Does anyone have a recommendation for a bank account in Utah that will allow me to use my registered agent's address?

She is looking for a job in Utah County where she can learn the management side of real estate investing and is thinking about getting a job for a property management company whether she is working for free or as a paid employee she just wants to learn the transferable skills.

If so what else do you use to check the SQFT of a property in Utah Or Salt Lake City?

Here in UT there are very few rules specifically about wholesaling - I don't know how CO looks at it, but I know UT is starting to take a much closer look at wholesaling and I would expect this market to tighten up a little bit when we've got more rules in place.

Drain Maintenance -  Any time the truck or the bikes get super muddy they go to the coinop carwash for a rinse - I'd rather leave the muddy mess at the carwash instead of in front of my house - I imagine those drains have to be cleared out fairly often.Winter:  Looks like you're in TX, so might not be as big of an issue for you, but during winter here in UT those hoses are constantly running to avoid freezing.

My husband and I are trying to pull together our first buy and hold rental property in Utah County.

I am a UT graduate working in the tech industry now with the hopes to break into the real estate investing industry.

I love traveling, besides home my favorite places so far are: ARIZONA & UTAH!!!
