If everything was equal we’d all be sending our money to work in same few places (and maybe for good reason, why reinvent the wheel?).

Why reinvent the wheel?  

Those who "know what they don't know" are the ones I see succeeding because they aren't afraid to ask for advice, aren't reinventing the wheel, and are doing Big Thinking before making Big Moves.

Teaming up with someone else who has experience in what you would like to do is going to be the fastest way to get there because you won't have to reinvent the wheel.

Don't reinvent the wheel.

You don't have to completely reinvent the wheel, but If I were in your situation I would also think about what makes my wholesaling business unique.

If you have workforce housing type property....people will just go away...they may not have bank accounts, they may not have multiple bank accounts, they may give them to you, but what % of the population lives MTM---most right...so you won't see big balances, etc.Don't overthink it or reinvent the wheel.
