About how long to see results from Direct Mail

Austin Bright
Posted

Hi All,

I started a direct mail campaign to 1000 address per month. I have just completed month 2. I also have a cold caller calling these same addresses plus a few more. Additionally, I have "retargeting" google ads that follow people who visit my website.

Over the next 4.5 months I will send 1000 more letters each month. I will also continue with the cold-caller. I got my lists from the county government and a data aggregation service.

By the end of these 6.5 months, I'll be about 8k in without a deal. What's the average time to get a deal doing what I'm doing? To clarify, I'm wholesaling right now.

Just great. Another random wholesaler sending me mail and paying someone else to call me. Somehow you think your time is more valuable than mine to deal with your bulk mail and unsolicited calls.  At least the Nigerian dude selling me ownership in his diamond mine takes the time to personally call me. I get 50 pieces of mail and 25 calls a week from someone want to buy my property that does not even know if there is a house on the property.  Maybe you are not getting any responses because one can't swing a dead cat without hitting 10 wholesalers.
