Crime is immaterial, as long as you have insurance to cover theft, board up the house when vacant, window bars on windows, get rid of copper plumbing and replace with PVC upon purchase, forced air is your friend, boilers are not because radiators make good scrap and can also be stolen....proceed accordingly

We  also have to buy 10 new radiators.  

Also there will be ample room for the installation before getting to the hot water heaters.Next, most of the properties in my area have the heat provided by radiators with 1 system for the whole house.

Knowing the bank would probably look at old MLS pictures and see radiators while the recent pictures would show vents for hvac I decided to pull all permits on his property so he wouldn't have any issues cashing out.The company's response was a bit confusing.

I refused all treatments that included radiation, chemo and prescribed medicines.

People are beginning to sue for these towers and the radiation they emit.

Let me try to give some context - perhaps that will help us to get on the same page.The issue with zoning my current steam heating system is that it would require us to run individual return lines from every single radiator (at least 15-20) down to the boiler(s), which would require a lot of labor.

Other than it being hot in the winter (steam heat; radiators on the ceiling) and later realizing how tiny it was (all the apartments in the building was only about 800 square feet) I remember the only problem we ever had was the risk of the toilet overflowing during very, very heavy rain storms (dad built some type of wooden contraption to place in the toilet during heavy summer rains to push pressure on the water). 

My last house was 2000 sq ft, with oil fired cast iron radiators, boiler less than 10 years old.

Basically these would chill down the water that runs through the radiators / pipes in the house and this could cool the house down in the summer.
