Whether that is deciding on postcard design, buying postcards, buying a mailing list, stuffing letters, mailing letters, taking calls, making calls, etc. if you do something each day towards your goal you're making progress.

But I've heard these can be very lucrative.You need to mail multiple times (most say 5-7 "touches" per list over a period of time) to be able to generate the response rates you're looking for.I usually send a postcard first, see what return/undeliverable mail I get back, scrub those names, and my 2nd mail piece is a letter.

Hi Guys,I am going to do my first direct male campaign.I haven't seen any posts about sending postcards to absentee owners to get listings as a realtor.I have a few questions and would love to get your opinion.I was told listsource is the best tool to get absentee owner tax payers addresses.
