Drunk roommates, a roommate leaving a door unlocked and there's a break-in, theft among roommates, one person lets tub or sink overflow, someone causes a stove top fire, someone leaves a candle burning, someone smokes, roommates get in a fight, etc.Plus noise.

It's not much different than burning candles or lighting incense.

Is it possible to say no candles in apartment.

Make sure you take care of yourself, RE business tends to get you to burn the candle at both ends (its so much fun), but can take its toll!

I already know when going into a place that if it smells like candles, febreeze or ozone, that there is probably weed, cigarettes, or pets that was there before.
