FYI, to properly tag someone you have to select the name as it appears once you start typing @ and their name...So for example type "@Lucas" and then my full name should appear - click that and it will tag me.

That's not Kensington proper hence the price tag being so low, I would call that more city heights.  

I'm sure the buyer is an investor ... ask him if you can tag along on the deal and help out here and there ... check in on the job site from time to time and take pictures for him, run to home depot, etc.
