Jackson was the closest I could find for tagging a location but essentially I'm looking for a property manager for a SFH in Meridian, MS and would appreciate hearing the community's experiences.

I asked specifically about transfer in PA from personal ownership to LLC...so maybe it not considered a "sale".Thanks for the input on the personal loan vs LLC, this is what I was unsure of as my name would be tagged to the property via the conventional loan document.

U can check out  ivyridgeestatescanby dot com for my 90 home project in Oregon that I did with my oregon bank and then my website for pictures of homes we built in Charleston SC which is the only market I tagged HML ( lima one) and only one time the rest were done with Ameris bank or Service first bank that is local in the market. its all about the three C's  Character Collateral and capacity..
