Very inspiring story and super helpful podcast with tons of practical info.

I am inspired to become an investor in Real Estate after reading The Millionaire Next Door several years ago and very recently, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor.

I am a structural engineer, registered in the state of NY, and having worked on new construction and renovations with small and large developers inspired me to take a leap of faith to become one of them.  

I did mention that I'm an inspiring investor and still looking to get my first deal.

I was inspired today by the most recent BP podcast, and as it states; I am training my self to think about "how  I can expedite  my goals to financial freedom VS making excuses and giving into fear and analysis paralysis. 

Maybe it will inspire someone who's nervous to pull the trigger on even looking at a property!
