I dont think the short term rental market will be strong as it was before but I definitely think the market will be less saturated which it had become prior to covid.Nevertheless, if you are in a good location, close to transit, and provide a comfy authentic home I think it is always going to do well. 

My personal opinion,  No its not authentic to waste anyone's time with BS bids. 

The bid amounts seem to start ridiculously low so that's what had me questioning the authenticity.

I can only assume that the offshore banker with his team of accountants and lawyers would provide the client with a legitimate cover story as to how their money is genuine, authentic, legitimate, clean if you will... assuming that the lawyer is saying is true, do you believe that he and his team could have found a loophole in fincen, treasury dept money laundering laws? 

I'd trust him based on his knowledge of the market and his authenticity.
