Curious on everyone's thoughts on what markets are going to dominate in the short term rental world in 2021?

I have reviewed some of the Airdna lists and would love to see where other's are investing / having success. I am only in larger markets now (Nashville / Chicago) but want to pivot towards more up and coming markets.

Here is the what airdna shows for up-and-coming, mid-sized and large size markets.

Personally I think the more rural markets will remain strong. The pandemic will be a memory by middle of next year, but it will be a strong one. It will stay with people for awhile so I think folks will want to get away from things.

Of course I don't think that the major cities will have less draw. Nashville has a strong draw for couples and the like.

I think 2021 will be a good year!
