Looking for Apartment-focused PM in Columbus OH

Good morning BP!

I just got back from the National Real Estate Strategies Summit (hosted by OREIA). Nothing like a FIRE HOSE of education directly to the face to fire up your motivation!

A couple partners and I want to expand into the Columbus OH multifamily scene. But to do that, we first want to identify a performing property management company that specializes in small to medium multifamily. They need to be able to oversee and implement a moderate reposition plan. 

If anyone has recommendations, that would be incredibly helpful! I'm local to Dayton, so I'm happy to come network any time.
