Since that time the investor refinanced to a 10 year mortgage on his personal residence and quit the good paying job to become a parochial high school Spanish teacher.

I have some ideas, but really I teach Spanish. 

I didn't read the other comments but when you are always in the trenches sourcing deals, making offers, etc , gives you a competitive edge to someone who doesn't have those synergies flowing.  

@Bill F. haha I did miss the set of O's lol My Spanish kicked in thinking mil as a thousand. 

I introduced myself, in spanish and explained my plans and dreams.

I myself am a Spanish speaker and so communicating with them is not a problem but I am looking  for a lease agreement and application that I could use that are translated into Spanish. 

I horizontally expanded across the local market which has created a large degree of synergy.  

I am also learning how to speak Japanese, German, and Spanish as well in hopes I can make future deals out of the country.

I’m leaning toward multi-family residential properties, as I like the idea of having my investments somewhat more concentrated to take advantage of synergies.

I am a Spanish Linguist in the Marine Corps and have been on active duty for just over four years now.
