Hi there!

I'm Caleb, I'm 29 and I currently reside in San Antonio, TX. I am a Spanish Linguist in the Marine Corps and have been on active duty for just over four years now. I will be a civilian again in March of next year, so I figure there is no time like the present to start my real estate business.

I have no background in real estate other than the research that I have been doing over the past few years and really the only reason I still haven't purchased any properties yet is due to a lack of funding (which I realize is my own fault for being afraid to take out a loan).

Now that I have had a reality check regarding my imminent departure from active duty, I need to get this show on the road and start making money instead of waiting until the day I get my separation paperwork.

I look forward to networking and meeting with fellow investors, both local and across the country.
