HomeGoods also had a ton of great pieces on offer when I was furnishing my Airbnb - lamps, mirrors, side tables, chairs, stools, kitchen and bathroom accessories, throw pillows, blankets, etc.I am very much NOT a fan of Ikea furniture - most of it is recognizable (not in a good way), looks and feels cheap, and also doesn't hold up well at all over time, but certain pieces may have a time and place in your rentals (lighting, kitchen accessories, silverware/plates/bowls, etc).

I personally am not a huge fan of Dayton Ohio because the population isn't growing and you don't get anywhere near the appreciation you would like in Columbus.

not a fan. people are getting tired of having to always enter contact information to use stuff. guests just paid decent money to stay in a rental, and you should already have their information (email) in some way or form. just my personal opinion

Hi Shrijan,Welcome to the forum.Personally, I'm not a fan of out of state BRRRR.On paper it all sounds good and great but I've been in the game long enough to have witnessed otherwise.I would always advise doing BRRRR in your own market if possible. There are too many links to a chain with this approach and if one link is faulty, you chain becomes useless.Otherwise, (Yes, I'm bias lol) an alternate solution is buying turnkey.Wishing you much success
