They're often bulkier and more traditional, too, having been around for a long time so there tends to be a lack of agility when it comes to market or technological forces (i.e. change is hard).Obviously there are tradeoffs to both... 

@Kevin NgoAs many above iterated--LLCs are generally not tax shelters they are for asset protection. 

One of the many other iterations I have seen of a "doctor loan" is just other banks/lenders picking up on the fact everyone talks about it and then trying to brand a normal product as a "doctors loan".

So do stimulus, it only will effect short term ease and increase the #'s of everything, and will return back to same place but worse each iteration of stimulus because of the siphon at top.
