Direct Mail Campaign
My partner and I have compiled a list of 1000 off market units across the South East that we are going to use for our first direct mail campaign. I would love to work with someone locally (Charleston, SC) or via Zoom on lessons learned, key takeaways, do's and do nots for sending physical postcards to off market listings for our first attempt. I have listened to the podcasts, taken notes, read forums, etc, but I would love to hear from you all that are actively using direct mail to chase leads.
Thanks in advance.
