I currently own a duplex and my personal home, and looking to buy my next rental property under market through this campaign, and have my target area figured out, as well as have gone to Listsource and gotten a good list of prospects.my next question, is how to I get a computer to generate 1,000 post cards and these yellow letters, as well as generate mailing stamps for each address for each recipient?  

I have literally seen agents put stamps on 1000 postcards before. 

Typically you must pay Doc stamps, publication fees, Clerk of Court fees, etc which can be approx 2% of purchase price.
