Information on Pre-Foreclosure Auctions

Hi all,

I was wondering if you guys have any suggested resource to learn about pre-foreclosure auctions.

I can find the auction properties, time, and location of the auction, yet I am missing important financial information on what I actually need to pay. I like to learn about how I can obtain the information about cost I must pay other than the bid price. I was told there are many fees and that I may need to pay the holding debt.

Could someone educate me on this topic or suggest me a resource to learn from?

Thank you,

William Dorough

@Chad Urbshott

I see title search to provides the information about the outstanding lien, I guess I need to look closely and recognizing those info.

Thank you for the another source, I will read up and educate myself.
