I have been browsing forums and all the information on this website. 

But a consolidated place where an investor can just browse deals, view specs, etc.

The phone app and online interface are both really simple and easy to use and it is completely free.

I am located in Waterbury and like a lot of folks on this site I am interested in interfacing with other members for our mutual benefit.

From what I've seen, this is the single best real estate resource on the internet, and I have already been spending hours a day browsing the forums and listening to webinars.

As far as wholesaling courses etc, in my opinion the time spent at these 'courses' cannot compete time spent browsing BP.
