Just to shed a little light on the video @Eric Sztanyo posted Kimberly Wells the Division Counsel, Ohio Department of Commerce Division of Real Estate said, and I'm paraphrasing just a tad bit, You can NOT sell a property you DO NOT own, but YOU CAN sell a Contract or Purchase Agreement of the property you want to sell.
