It may sound nice to pay a 5% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no add-on fees.

I don't have much to add on the different tools yet, but I'm looking into dynamic pricing tools.I've been looking at the two you mentioned (Beyond and PriceLabs) and also a third option: Wheelhouse.

Just one of the many gotcha add-on fees I see, but I'm no borrowing pro. 

I read that Bremerton loosened their guidelines on ADUs in the past couple years which may be helpful if we need/choose to add one to our property.

I'd like to add one more piece to this. 

Slow and steady for me-maybe...maybe add one a year.

Don't stop looking where you are now, but maybe add on some cities.

Add on an extra $5k on top for any misc repairs that need to happen. 

And the other add-on to the above numbers I provided is that I will pepper more of these policies over the years…@Thomas Rutkowski - interested on your thoughts...
