Good and Bad Property Management In Rochester NY

I own one 3 family and 3 single unit properties in Rochester NY.  I'm having trouble finding a good property manager.  Does anyone know of a one they could recommend?  If you cannot recommend one is there one are there any that you would suggest I stay away from?
