The comment on getting taken advantage of definitely rings true, I don't want to work with an agent until I'm bulletproof in my own ability to analyze deals, but it also seems likely that I won't find one worth pursuing without some help.

Hi Mary, depending on your wire/wireless preference my partner and I usually use either Ring, Bink, or Wyze.

My goals for the year are to invest in a multifamily ( will house hack if it's near my job site) and finally move out my parents house and start my own life (buy ring, wedding, move into own residence) I'm hoping to save 1.5k to 2k per month and am starting at 0 right now due to me paying a debt ( will make last payment next month).
