    The best way?  Have a website that is the highly ranked in terms of SEO for your local area for common motivated seller keywords, be able to convert those eyeballs to leads at a consistent rate based on your content and then be able to convince those leads to sell at a high rate based on your salemanship skills.

    If you can do those three things, you'll be golden...
