Having said that.. people do get very detailed about things..I have seen people talk about how different colors of direct mail postcards can have better conversion than other colors etc but you just have to start.

You get 5 letters... or mailers.One is a postcard with their website on it. 3 are hand written letters, 1 is a nice typed letter where they introduced themselves, a local number and an explanation,...Which would you discard which would you keep for further consideration.You WOULD discard the nasty hand written letters.Dude you are going to buy m house in cash... and you represent yourself by a crappy hand written letter?
