Which software or company should I use for multi-family leads?

I am looking to start a marketing campaign as I cannot get the county information online. I invest out of state so I want to get a list of multi-family owners from 2 to 6  units in a county. I just saw Reonomy mentioned in a post, but what would you recommend? Are their prices reasonable? How can I vet the various companies before I spend money to see if they can produce results? I am in a small town market.

@Darrell Bratton I would recommend that you find a virtual assistant (VA) on upwork.com to do "web scraping" for you. I have someone that I have used in the past. I can provide you their contact information to you, or anyone else interested. Just send me a message here on BP.
