So probably worth starting another one up and it'll grow- @Brendan Martin- keep me posted and I can get word out to flippers in town I know...I'd say as an investor/realtor....don't waste your time sending a generic letter...I would say I get several letters/emails literally weekly that are very similar and I don't know how to weed the non serious investors out- so I just rip em up/delete them.The only thing I take serious is a call with a specific house...And its ok to text/leave messages...."
