I will edit and the all caps is annoying to some...good point.

I have found the multiple perspectives to be very informative.The hyper-sensitive controlling aspect of the thread is annoying.

See it this way... if it is so annoying for you to have to pay someone for this, can you really expect for them not to be annoyed to do all that work for free?

While I work on the newly vacant unit I immediately remove the mailbox.I love to receive texts or calls of former tenant asking where the mailbox went and I reply “you don’t live here anymore and shouldn’t be here looking for your mail”You know they are dodging creditors and I love this little source of annoying them!
