While I work on the newly vacant unit I immediately remove the mailbox.I love to receive texts or calls of former tenant asking where the mailbox went and I reply “you don’t live here anymore and shouldn’t be here looking for your mail”You know they are dodging creditors and I love this little source of annoying them!
