Otherwise, I'm going to close this thread because frankly nothing that hasn't already been said in the past 190 posts seems to be coming of it and I've already had numerous complaints about it just being an annoyance at this point.Thanks to everyone for the discussion!

Look how tedious, inefficient, and annoying it is?

Here are my issues with Podio: - Redundant, unimportant notifications annoying me and limited ways to control them- System outages that last multiple hours blocking leads coming into my system- Lack of user access controls (restricting or limiting certain features for different users across my company which lets VAs delete things and access areas they shouldn't)- Must click in multiple screens/apps to do one task- Mobile app has limited functionality and requires many clicks

You are lacking inventory.I got annoyed at a competitor who flips short sales only one day since he outbid me on a house i wanted that was a few houses down from a flip i was working on.

Was it annoying?

And the most annoying is the "broker" who leads you on to believe he is funding the project himself (technically he might be) but has to go out and find funding to fund the loan.
