Saipan's location in the Pacific is ideal for investing in Southeast Asia.  

I felt that was the biggest disappointment with their program because the mentors were located somewhere in NY, they never worked my market or my niche, didn't know my backround very well, etc.That all being said, some of the coaching programs really pan out well and are right for the right people!

It is just too important to do.If you pan on flying to Utah everytime you need the toilet unblocked, I say, go without one.

John,It has been my experience that once a soil test fails it is because of unsuitable soils like clay, hard-pan or a high water tables.

Trying to buy through probate is super difficult and seldom pans out.
