Howdy y'all! New to BP here and excited to be joining the community! I have been planning to reposition our portfolio of NYV condos held for appreciation to cash flow generating multifamily apartments in the Pacific Northwest, where I have family and friends and can see myself moving back one day. Still very early in the process - trying to nail down 2-3 sub markets to narrow my search - current thinking is north or south of Seattle, Portland suburbs (incl. Vancouver WA), or maybe go inland to Spokane or Boise. Maybe something something in the range of 10-20 units to get my feet wet. Would love advice and any suggestions folks have!! Can't wait to going on this journey!!
