Please note, I am in no way offering or soliciting any services or deal making arrangements, including: deal agreements, exchanging money, finding partners for deals, or exchanging information on specific future deals.

Hi all,

I'm getting my feet under me in the real estate world and am looking to chat for 15 min via Skype/Zoom/Google Hangouts with members willing to share their hard learned lessons and insights. On the call, I'm more than happy to share with you a hard learned lessons or insight of mine from my unique life experiences:

  • Running algorithmic trading for the world's largest hedge fund, Bridgewater Associates (Ray Dalio's fund, author of Principles)
  • Living in Hong Kong 3 years
  • Founding and running an AI and machine learning focused development agency
  • Trading bitcoin since 2016
  • Spending a month crossing the Pacific Ocean via a cargo ship
  • Surviving a near death motorcycle crash in Laos (7 surgeries, 2 blood transfusions later I'm still here thankfully)
  • Founding a VC funded real estate startup

I'm more than happy to chat about any of the above and the many mistakes I've made or painful lessons I've learned relevant to them, and I'd love to learn more about your first hand experiences.

In particular, I'm interested in learning more about:

  • If you were mentoring me, what should I know for my first investment property?
  • How did you get started and what were your motivations?
  • The dynamics of your local market (especially if you live in an urban area)
  • What was the biggest mistake or worst deal you ever made?
  • What personal hurdles (mental, financial, or otherwise) did you overcome to close your first deal?

I really appreciate your time. I'm happy to coordinate calls via email or replies here but it's probably easiest if you grab the best chunk of time that works for you via this link and I'll fit around your busy schedule:https://calendly.com/avocondo-matt/15min

Much appreciated and hope to chat soon!

Again, to be 100% clear: I am in no way offering or soliciting any services or deal making arrangements, including: deal agreements, exchanging money, finding partners for deals, or exchanging information on specific future deals.
