@Matt Fitzgerald  county surveyors office ... if they have one.. but what the city probably wants is a current survey stamped by a surveyor.I have been buying properties in SC and we get a new survey on each one before we can get title insurance... which is completely foreign to how we do things on the west coast.but then again most in city things we do is lot and block.. and not meets and bounds descriptions..

Now for how to resolve it.Understand that the underwriter has a checklist and they go down it, in a perfect world everyone fits into the list and then they give their stamp of approval and all is well.

Every time I turn around I am either paying my dues again, or for my Supra key, or CE hours, then there is sign costs, bus cards, magnets, GAS, insurance, phone bill, stamps, stationary, you get my point.

My question is, should I try and contact the assumed investor at that address or would that be a waste of a stamp, (thinking that the address is an investment home being flipped, wholesaled, etc).
