Im wanting to buy properties in the North Jacksonville Fla area asap

Ive been trying to get into some homes Im interested in, but am having a tough time getting a Realtor to answer the phone, call back in a timely manner, or be willing to drive across town to show me their listing. I need a experienced Investor friendly Realtor whos area is  North Jax, who will work with me to find, look @ and buy a small home or multi family for my home base, then Ill be purchasing investment properties to buy/sell. I am a cash buyer, but will look into financing @ some point. Im ready to buy, and live a hour away so need a day or two notice. I have a couple places Im interested in now, but need you to send me updated listings as well.
