Sometimes, the drywall ends high enough that you have more gap room before the base plate.A large recreation room, hall, and closets took my dad and I about one long day to install before baseboards.

The area is a recreation mecca in the spring and summer.The problem. 

The fact that only medical marijuana is legal on a state level, recreational use and Federal law are illegal, prevents me from tolerating someone to grow in the rental. 

But that makes BP like my children's recreational soccer league where everyone is a winner.

Because we have so many places to recreate in Vermont, second homes can be a good investment but it depends upon what you're looking for and where it is.
