Medical Marijuana renter

I have a house listed for rent at $850.  A licensed agent sent me the following email:

"I have a client willing to pay 1,300 a month for this home if he can grow medical marijuana in it. He is a caregiver and has all the proper paperwork from the state in place and available for you to take a look at. I also have a letter from his attorney after he consulted with him on the laws of growing medical marijuana. Please let me know if your client is interested. Great income opportunity!"

The property is in Michigan and I am unclear on the laws and risks associated with this.  Obviously the rent is very attractive.  What should I do?

Justin
