If you have a signed and stamped structural approval from a state licensed professional engineer (PE) that the structure is sound...then you should be all clear because you'd be able to hold the engineer liable if something did come up as being wrong.

Now I'm seeing projections ranging from 350-550 based both on technical analysis and projected P/E ratios.A couple of things to think about:1954 was the year the Dow made a new high from the 1929 crash.Japan's stock market just made a 25 year low.

I can think of at least three huge (10 figure funds) RE PE shops off the top of my head that would be clamoring for this, since the made their names in '09-15 crushing it in the distressed debt space, but haven't had lots of success in the past five years.

I went with a generic sounding s-corp with 2 names like the PE and fin svc co's do (Berkshire Hathaway, Merryll Lymch) and(we are near the Cascade Mtns, so i put Cascade in the 2nd name).

I would probably add $1000-2000 into my long term dividend stock portfolio (if one happens to have a really good price dip or low P/E), and then finally put the rest towards the one rental mortgage I am focusing all extra rent on paying off first.
