What would you do if you had 20k to invest in real estate, had not limits on risk (just want to make money), but real estate is your second job so time is a limiting factor.

Buy AGNC real estate investment trust. It pays around 15% in dividend annually. If you like to collect your dividend monthly, buy ARR. It pays around 16% in dividend. If you like to buy a real estate investment trust company with a long and good track record, buy NLY. It pays around 14% in dividend.

If you can buy a positive cash-flow property with $20k down payment, I'll go all in on real estate. If you make money from the above recommendations, donate to biggerpockets on my behalf. It's a win-win-win for everyone. :)
