Is there any way to get your real estate licence with having to put in the time working under someone?

Hey Brett, being that you like the idea of being more hands off, yet want to keep costs down, you might consider getting your contractors licence and establish a second business.

So I was thinking of getting a VA Realtor licence for the freedom and also help some friends to buy/sell houses for a lower commision.

If your main reason for obtaining the RE licence is for personal use on you and your uncle's investment transactions I would definatly shop around and find a broker that will charge per transaction and nothing monthly.

Licenced trades are $ 150.00 per man hour plus expenses .I had 1 person question it at signing , and I told them it wont even be an issue , just leave the unit as clean and in the same condition it is in now .

You can get your licence, and you will be able to hang your licence somewhere.

Hello,Does anyone know if the state of Massachusetts requires one to have a licence to invest in mortgage notes and to broker notes?

I am thining about getting my appraisal licence in Columbus Ohio.

As far as the low barrier to entry goes I agree that it would be nice to not have any dope be able to get licenced easily.I think the 4 year degree is silly.
