Move out charge list

Was listening to the BP podcast 36 and they talk about when a person gives notice they are moving out that they send them a list of charges that will be incured if its not left clean etc..

if we clean the fridge its $50 if we replace light bulbs its $10 etc..

Does anyone have a full list they use to share?
