For those managing properties, what's important to you when it comes to your laptop?

If you have reliable cleaners and maintenance people (boots on the ground) you can run it from anywhere in the world with a cellphone and/or laptop. 

I would always be on my laptop if I'm analyzing a property anyway, so access tot he website is not an issue.

She's  working on her laptop all day in the unit.

I tried 2 browsers, my phone, and my laptop.

Just a laptop and consistency. 

I can log in without issue on my PC and Laptop though.

I agree that you either need a laptop/desktop computer, it just makes all the programs I use easier.

I've handled well over a couple hundred premises liability incidents as an adjuster, to include high profile premises liability incidents right across the street from Rahm Emanuel's office in Chicago (that are still searchable events as "news") and I'm telling you I can't give you advice from my laptop on your individual case here.  

For example, my new guy got onto my laptop with me through some software so he could see what I was doing in QuickBooks and if needed control the mouse and point things out to me, and that is a lot more service than I got from people in person.
