Technical Diffuculties With Mobile Log in

Hello all. I'm not sure if this is the proper place to discuss an issue but maybe I can get some direction. Has anyone else had issues logging in on a mobile device? I have  attempted to both log in via my browser and the app on my phone and continually get the incorrect email and or password message. I can log in without issue on my PC and Laptop though. I'd like to be able to use this resource on the go!
