Tenant taking advantage of covid

Hello Everyone,,

I need advice on what to do about my tenant moving his gf in without saying a thing to me. She's  working on her laptop all day in the unit. She hasn't left since she's arrived. She's there day & night for over 2 months now using utilities (which I pay for) while he's at work. She's not my tenant, he is.

Please help me with some advice

Thank you

Suzanne

@Suzanne Marta you have a couple of choices........add her to the lease and increase the rent. Give the tenant on lease a notice of termination if the lease is being violated. If you have a MTM lease in place give them a notice of non renewal. Don't ignore the situation you are the boss and it is your building!
