Its been 3 years since I've been able to light candles and take a bubble bath or epsom salt soak after a hard workout.

One thing I DON'T have are candles, which are a fire hazard. 

You've got a big following of hippies and jocks on campus. 

Rather, folks will get back to work and head into two categories over the course of several months -- the "flame isn't worth the candle" crew, who want to stay home and can accomplish their work; then of course you'll have the "so happy to be in the office" folks.

Some of the stuff I’ve learned involved staging the house, such as proper lighting, opening blinds, making the most of various amenities the house has which in my case was having the gas fireplace lit, the backyard waterfall running, positioning furniture to make the rooms appear more spacious, occasional spritz of air fresheners, and in the winter time a nice apple pie candle lit in the kitchen.

I need to add positive into the pot so that all the negative does not outweigh the good, and drown out the candle.  

@Kyle Hipp I had to search on BP for prescreen : ) I have a for rent sign out front of house and they call.If I put up a paper at a store or gas station it has the info on it .

I really dislike particle board especially the sink base cabinet.One leak and they swell up, crumble and it's irreversible.Tenants always put too much stuff into their sink cabinet.  200 bottles of hand detergent, DW detergent, cleaners, bleach, comet, rolls of kitchen napkins, candles, extra kettles, and 500 supermaket plastic bags filling every air void existing in there meaning any minor leak will not be noticed by them until it's pooling on the floor.

That being said, smoke damage can also be caused by excessive burning of candles.
