Also remember if you've done a fund raise, you'll probably want a CPA to do your accounting, so you're giving some kind of documentation (maybe K1, maybe 1099) about earings to your investors....so out of that $15 you made, you have to pay the CPA.#2.

Then there were weekly calls where many people would be on and you could never get a question answered and finally it got to the point that the coach I had was steering me away from say 20-40 unit properties in like a $3-5M range and pushing me to figure out how to fundraise $3-5M to buy a $30-50M property which I’m definitely not ready to manage but they kept insisting I was.
