Anyone know any good books on how to raise capital for a Syndication?

We have some great investment opportunities for investors, but my biggest bottleneck right now is getting the word out there. So I'm trying to learn as much as I can about streamlining the process. Does anyone have any book recommendations for raising syndication capital from accredited investors?

@Sawyer Smith

No book will teach you how to raise money. It’s all about being in sales and selling your products again that’s not a book (even though lots of books on sales).

It’s like anything- what makes a good sale?

1. A quality product

2. A quality company behind that product

In today’s real estate don’t believe what you read on online, funds are struggling mightily to raise $. First $1-$2M can be done but $5M+ you have to have rockstar team and product
